|Newham is an early adopter of the 'Test and Trace ' app that will go live nationally so please download and use it to so we can be ahead of any potential outbreaks of Covid19, protect our children at school and our families at home.
The app protects your personal data as it only stays on your phone. It tracks the spread of the virus – not people!
All Newham residents have been sent the link so please download and use the app every time you come to the nursery! For more information click here.
Please have a look at this video, created by the council with lots of information on returning to nursery and school. 'Back to school – we got this’
If you are looking for a nursery place for your child please submit a Waiting List Form: you can download these from our website. The page you need is this one: https://ronaldopenshaw.newham.sch.uk/parents-carers/admissions/
Once you have completed the form attach it an email and send it to the info box, email@example.com

Ronald Openshaw Nursery is all about providing an inclusive nursery experience for a highly diverse community within Stratford, Newham. We combine a maintained nursery school for 3&4 year olds with provision for 30 hours placements, 2 year olds and children with special educational needs
Our staff team, led by qualified teachers, delivers the Early Years Foundation Stage through PLAY with a strong emphasis on outdoor learning, influenced by a Forest School approach. Children are encouraged to self-select activities and resources that interest them and staff skilfully intervene to ensure learning is extended appropriately.
I am honoured to be the head teacher of this amazing little school where the children really do come first. The care and attention to detail that staff give to every aspect of their work means that all children have the very best start to their school career.
